Description: This property is located just south and east of the city limits in a small industrial area with good blacktop road access. The property consists of 2.35 acres and is nicely improved by a 3 story office building containing 6,816 Sq.Ft. and appears to be in very good condition. The lower level of the building is an older concrete block construction with brick veneer, upper two levels added in 2010 with metal siding and metal roof.
